Personality types and their inherent diseases
If you are interested in learning more about other personality types (such as A, C, and D), and the diseases and risk factors associated with each, remember the following:
- You may be able to identify that you belong to one of the personality types, but that doesn’t mean that the diseases associated with it will automatically come to you. Rather, it means that you are just more vulnerable to them.
- If you know someone with the same illness as you, it doesn’t mean you belong to the same personality type.
- This classification of personality is not universally valid. In other words, it’s not at all abnormal if you don’t feel like you belong to any of them.
