Just Because You’re A Good Person Doesn’t Mean You’re Stupid
Just because you’re a good person doesn’t mean you’re stupid. According to a study by the Asturian Society of Psychiatry, good people are mentally better than others. Human values act as protective factors.
In almost all cultures, ten values are applied that are generally considered good. Kindness, universalism, independence of thought, exciting life, joy, personal success, achievements and strength. In addition, three more traditional values can be included: safety, comfort and tradition.
Living with good values will protect you from a society that shows very little tolerance for problems. This tolerance only seems to decrease and decrease over time. There are constant problems in our world that cause illnesses like depression, anxiety, stress, etc.
When you look for good in your comrades, you will also find your own happiness
Everything you offer to others will come back to you like a boomerang. And best of all: to an even greater extent than you initially thought. When you seek good for your comrades, be it through thought, feeling, or action, you deepen your connection with others. These connections provide you with comforting emotions that are an integral part of your mental well-being.
Most of what you give will come back to you sooner or later, usually to an even greater extent. So it’s just that you are a good person and you help others with love. You should know that by giving you automatically open to the natural law. For a law where everything, every emotion you have, will always be recycled.
Building the common interest is everyone’s responsibility. There is a sense of indifference in our society right now. People are exhausted and this has aroused mistrust. We all have a feeling that we have become abused and deceived in many areas of our lives. The basic question is: how to get rid of this unpleasant feeling by being a good person?
Every act of goodness is an expression of power. Doing good does not mean that our tolerance will increase with it. Nor does it imply adaptation to incapacity. Instead, it means wanting to do something good. Remember, you are only as good as the best thing you have ever done.
According to Buddhism, the most important thing is loving kindness. The light of the moon shines sixty times brighter than the stars. Likewise, a loving friendship liberates the heart sixty times more effectively than all your accomplishments together. If you feed your goodness, your fears and sorrows will starve to death.
Patience is the virtue that best describes good people. It encompasses the ability to give freedom to the people you love. The skill of goodness seems to be meager these days, but more common than you think.
The best way life pays back to good people is gratitude. Praise means that someone recognizes your hard work. When someone takes care of you, it means that your company is important to him and that you are a good person. Gratitude means being able to benefit others, whether it’s your words, attitudes, or behavior. Together, these three elements (courtesy, caring, and gratitude) allow you to have a more intimate and intimate relationship.
