  • Appreciate everything you already have. Focus on what you have instead of focusing on what you don’t have. Otherwise, you will always feel imperfect and dissatisfied and you are a prisoner of your own desires.
  • Minimize digital interference. Emails, instant messaging, social networks, and Internet browsing are all distractions that make you lose focus on the present moment. Use digital media consciously.
  • Improve your relationships with other people. While in the age of the Internet, it is easier to connect with more people, we are increasingly detached from other people. We lack real relationships.
