The Biggest Revolution In This World Is The Preservation Of Joy

The greatest revolution in this world is the preservation of joy
In a world that encourages us to hate, protecting joy and self-love is a real revolution.  It is the best way to raise the flag of our own lifestyle and show our incompatibility in the face of injustice. It is a way to leave our mark with our smiles, hugs, and warm attention to all who need it.

We often question ourselves in reverse: everything I am is not going to be good enough for anything. I am not at the level required of me. I’m not charming enough anymore, I’m not a good enough mom, I never learn it, it’s like they tell me and like I thought. Rise up in opposition to such an immense amount of discomfort and declare the revolution of your own joy to have begun. Smile as it confuses people who wish you should follow your grief.

A revolution of joy within all of us

With really many conflicting messages and this kind of uncertainty, we may be tempted to hate ourselves. We hate our existence because we feel we are not free to pursue it. But  the more you hate yourself, the more you give reasons to those who want you to do so. It is time to question everything that has made us hate ourselves and feel guilty. It is time to question sorrow so that we can create a joy revolution.

Step out of the prison you have inflicted on yourself, made of pain and suffering, where all the injustices of the past, unattainable demands, and withered and painful guilt reside. Even though we can never be perfect, it is nowhere near the worst thing that can happen. The worst part is that you can lose your joy and pride because you think you are not good enough and the sanction you have to pay for it is to feel forever indebted and feeling failed.

The lie of the heavenly reward

Sometimes we think that all our grief is rewarded, that some supernatural force puts everything in place and rewards us with what we deserve.  We have suffered a lot, we will continue to have bad times and we believe that the universe has a duty to save us. This is the lying of the heavenly reward.

Happiness does not come as a reward for your suffering.  It comes from your ability to provide kind words and a conscious smile to someone who is going through a difficult situation.

Joy and positivity are contagious. The attitude of the eternal martyr will not benefit you or anyone else around you. It is your duty to leave behind this dynamic discomfort. Ask for help, express yourself, fight for something you want, and try to change your circumstances.

A revolution caused by forgetting anger

It is not intended to bear all the guilt of the community around you.  One only has to be aware of the large number of damaging messages around us  that encourage aggression and selfishness, incite bad morals and unlimited consumerism. You are an active part of your own world and so you need to set boundaries.

Living in freedom means embracing rights and responsibilities, but not useless demands, much less if they have nothing to give you. Choose anything that makes you feel good and doesn’t hurt anyone else. So simple, so effective.

An ordinary person can lead a revolution without declaring it

You can launch a small revolution in the world. You can show that in spite of all the evil you have experienced, you are demanding absolute acceptance of yourself, a commitment to things that really matter to you, and the absence of internal stereotypes  and stamps that do not belong to you.

Work to love yourself more, and don’t suffer more than necessary.  These types of individual revolutions are the ones that make a greater impact on the people we face.
